Team Alignment & Leadership Facilitation

Team Alignment & Leadership Facilitation

Move from recurring discussion to shared decisions.

When meetings revisit the same issues, a team may need more than another presentation. Structured facilitation gives leaders space to explore competing views, clarify priorities and agree on practical decisions.

Who this is for: Executive and management teams, business owners and organisational leaders planning alignment sessions, leadership retreats or culture discussions.

What we can work on together

Frame the conversation

Clarify the issue, the participants and the decisions that need to be made.

Work through the difficult points

Create a structured conversation about expectations, communication, responsibilities and shared priorities.

Agree on the next steps

Capture decisions, ownership and a review rhythm that the team can use after the session.

What the engagement works towards

Clearer shared priorities, agreed responsibilities and practical next steps. Facilitation helps a team work through issues; it does not replace leaders’ responsibility to implement decisions.

Before we work together

How is facilitation different from training?

Training develops knowledge and skills. Facilitation helps your team work through its own shared challenge or decision. An engagement may include both when useful.

Can we begin with the leadership diagnostic?

Yes. The free diagnostic can surface areas to explore, including clarity, accountability, communication, delegation, culture and succession. It is a reflection tool, not a validated organisational audit.

What information helps scope the engagement?

Share the team size, the issue you want to address, the decisions required and any timing constraints during your discovery call.

Start with a conversation about fit.

Tell Ebenezer about your challenge, your goals and your timeline. Use the discovery call to explore the right approach before agreeing on scope and fees.
