The diagnostic

Your answers are processed in your browser to calculate your result. Before starting the health check, provide your name, email and organisation and agree to relevant follow-up. These details and your consent are saved immediately in Ebenezer’s private inbox, even if you leave without finishing. Answers and results are added to the same record when you complete the assessment. Resend processes your name, email, organisation and leadership scores to email a notification to Ebenezer at ebenezermamabolo@gmail.com. Email delivery status is recorded so failed alerts can be retried. We use a rules-based mapping from your scores to suggest relevant services; a conversation is needed to confirm fit. Mailing-list consent is optional and recorded separately. Refreshing or closing the page clears your unsaved progress.

Follow-up requests

When you register for the assessment, we store your name, email, organisation, registration time, completion status and consent record. On completion, we also store all 35 responses, score and completion time. We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. The request is stored in the website’s hosted database; access is restricted to authorised operators and hosting providers.

Mailing-list signup happens only if you select the optional mailing consent. The form does not book an appointment. Do not include confidential information about employees or other individuals. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing Ebenezer. We keep enquiries only while needed for the enquiry and any resulting service relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Discovery call bookings

The booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. When you book, Google processes your name, email, selected time and the information you provide about your coaching or speaking enquiry. Ebenezer receives the appointment and your booking details in his Google Calendar so he can prepare for and deliver the call. Google sends confirmation emails and supplies the Google Meet link. This booking information is separate from the website’s diagnostic follow-up database. The embedded calendar may use Google cookies and technical request data under Google’s privacy policy. Use your confirmation email to manage your appointment or contact Ebenezer about your data.

Mailing list and free resources

Joining the mailing list is optional and separate from booking a call or requesting a diagnostic follow-up. When you submit the signup form, your email, name, consent time and signup source are stored securely on this website. Your email and name are sent to Mailchimp to request confirmation. The same process applies when you choose mailing updates before the health check. We preserve existing unsubscribe choices and save unsuccessful requests for a retry. Confirm your subscription through the email Mailchimp sends you. Ebenezer uses the list to share leadership resources, newsletters and notices about podcast masterclasses, courses and books. Mailchimp processes signup records and email delivery, and may collect email interaction data. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp links open a message for you to review and send. Diagnostic links include your overall score and lowest-scoring dimension. Information sent through WhatsApp or your email provider is handled under that provider’s privacy practices as well as our handling of your enquiry.

Measuring and protecting the website

We count selected page views and enquiry or booking-link clicks without advertising cookies or personal visitor profiles. Counts can include repeat visits and do not prove a sale or a completed booking. Short-lived keyed fingerprints of network addresses and submitted emails limit abusive form submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in our website database. These rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent requests.

Hosting and cookies

The website does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. The hosting platform may process technical request data and use cookies for access, security and service operation.
